    Processing Time



    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

    Shipping Method & Delivery Time



    All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).


    Estimated delivery times:

    • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

    • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

    Shipping Rates



    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.


    Lip Sing may occasionally offer promotional free shipping during special offers.



    Tracking Your Order



    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the USPS system.



    Incorrect Addresses



    Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Lip Sing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


    If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying reshipping fees.



    Lost or Stolen Packages



    Lip Sing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to USPS. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.


    However, we will do our best to assist you if issues arise.
